Ingredients
1 large mango
850g tin pineapple pieces
1 inch fresh ginger, grated
Cooking Method
Step 1
1. Place the mango flesh and pineapple into a smoothie maker, or food blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until smooth.
Step 2
2. Add the freshly grated ginger and 100ml cold water. Blend again until combined.
Step 3
3. Serve cold.
