2 tbsp self-raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp caster sugar
1/8 tsp salt
5 tbsp water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Nature's Charm Coconut Caramel Sauce, chilled
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, except for the caramel sauce and ensure there are no lumps.
Put all the mixture into a mug and ensure that it does not fill more than half of the mug. Add the caramel sauce ensuring that the caramel sauce is cold and lightly press into the mixture.
Place on a piece of kitchen paper in the microwave and cook for 1min45secs for a 950w microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on the power of your microwave.
Insert a skewer into the side of the cake and ensure that the cake is cooked all the way through. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
