All of our stores are open to the public and you do not need a membership card to shop with us.

Please fill out the Contact Us form with as much information as possible, and where your issue relates to an item you’ve purchased with us, please provide a copy of your receipt, and someone will get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

Each of our stores offer free parking, however they are managed by an external third-party company and restrictions apply. There is clear signage at each store where there are restrictions in place, letting you know what these restrictions are as well as who manages the car park. All parking bays which have restrictions are also clearly marked and these should be strictly adhered to.

All items of lost property are taken and stored at the customer service desk at the front of each of our stores. You can call the store directly to check or come and ask on your next visit. Please be prepared to show photographic ID, if appropriate, to have your item of lost property returned.

Unfortunately, our Online Store has now closed, and we are no longer offering an online delivered service.

Please complete the Contact Us form making sure you include the Order Number as well as a detailed explanation of what the issue is.

The legal age limit in the UK is 18 for purchasing the following products:

• Alcohol
• Cleaning products containing corrosive substances, such as bleach and degreasing agent
• Knives or any bladed item
• Products containing butane gas or ethanol, such as chafing fuel and butane gas canisters

We operate an age verification policy known as “Think 25” which means that if our cashier believes you look under the age of 25 and you can’t provide an acceptable form of identification, then we will refuse you the sale.

Accepted valid forms of identification which provide you’re over 18 include:

• A passport
• A photocard driving license
• A proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram

We reserve the right to restrict the sale of any product, to any customer at any time. There will be clear communication explaining what the restrictions are and when they are being enforced.

We do not offer trade accounts or offer any sort of delivered service anymore, however you are able to buy in bulk from our superstores where you do not need a membership card to shop with us.

All restaurants and businesses operate independently to Wing Yip, and so any enquiries or issues should be addressed to the restaurant or business directly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with any matters relating to Parking Charge Notices. Our car parks are managed by an external company and any issues you have regarding a Parking Charge Notice you’ve received should be directed to them. All details on how to contact them are on the Parking Charge Notice itself.

W. Wing Yip & Brothers Property and Investments Ltd are the freehold owner of the land adjacent to Halfords. However, the land is leased to UKPS Ltd. W. Wing Yip & Brothers Property and Investments Ltd or any of the Wing Yip Companies, including the stores, are not involved in the operation of UKPS and does not benefit from either the parking charges or permits they may choose to issue. Therefore, we are unable to assist with any queries or complaints you may have. Please direct all correspondence to UKPS Limited as they are the leasehold occupier. All details on how to contact them are on the Parking Charge Notice itself.

Unfortunately, the W Wing Yip and Brothers Foundation no longer offers bursaries or grants for students studying in the UK.

At this time, we are not taking any more applications for donations. Please note that we are also unable to accept applications from individuals for donations.
