2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 each Small Onion, thinly sliced
2 each garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 tbsp Wing Yip Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Wing Yip Dark Soy Sauce
3-4 drops Wing Yip Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Mai Siam Sriracha Chilli Sauce
1 each Spring Onion, thinly sliced
Cook noodles as per packet instructions. Rinse with cold water to stop them from cooking and keep to the side.
Heat a wok over a high heat and add the oil. Fry onion and garlic for 1 minute being careful not to let it burn. Add soy sauces and noodles and fry for a further 1-2 minutes until everything is hot.
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil.
Serve with sriracha sauce drizzled over the top and the spring onion.
