A tasty way to use up turkey. This recipe uses a spicy bean Szechuan sauce to add some flavour to bland left over turkey.
Here we have added oriental flavours of star anise, cinnamon and ginger and basted our turkey with Kung Po Sauce for an unusual and different Christmas experience. Our stuffing is made with glutinous (sticky) rice, but you may choose to use jasmine rice as an alternative.
A comforting dish for after the big Christmas feast and a great way to use up some of the leftover turkey! You can easily replace the turkey with any other meat such as chicken.
