1kg pork ribs (allow 2-3 per person)
Wing Yip Hoisin Sauce
pinch of salt
Lightly season ribs with salt and 1 tbsp of Wing Yip Hoisin Sauce.
Lay ribs on an oiled baking tray and cook for approximately 30 minutes in the oven at 180c.
Remove ribs from the oven and allow to cool quickly if they are to be barbecued later.
If cooking on the barbecue, baste with more Hoisin sauce but do not allow to burn.
Remember, the ribs are cooked and finishing them off on the barbecue adds to the flavour.
Alternatively, baste the ribs with more Hoisin sauce and return to the oven to finish cooking.
