85g fine egg noodles (or any fine wheat noodle)
1 tsp Wing Yip Sesame Oil
2 tsp Wing Yip Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Wing Yip Oyster Flavoured Sauce
2 tsp Wing Yip Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 Tbsp hot water
1 small clove garlic (sliced)
1/2 spring onion (finely sliced)
Cook the noodles in rapidly boiling water to manufacturer's instructions.
Fry sliced garlic until golden brown (do not allow to burn), drain and keep aside.
Mix oil, soy sauce, hot water, chilli sauce and oyster sauce together and heat in a microwave for 15 seconds.
Drain egg noodles and place in a warm bowl.
Drizzle sauce mixture over noodles and mix together. Then, with a fork or a pair of chopsticks, mix in garlic and spring onions.
