Ingredients
1 packet Dollee Chicken Curry Paste
1.5kg chicken pieces
2 each large potatoes, cut into large chunks
400-500ml water
200ml coconut milk
Cooking Method
Step 1
Stir fry Dollee Chicken Curry Paste with Chicken and Potatoes for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add 400ml water and simmer for 10-15 minutes until potatoes soften and meat is tender. Stir occasionally.
Step 3
Add 200ml of Coconut Milk. Mix well and bring to a quick boil.
Step 4
Serve hot with rice or bread.
