1 each soup sachet from a packet of instant noodles
1 each packet of instant noodles
1 each fresh shiitake mushroom, thickly sliced
75g leftover chicken/meat
2 tbsp sweetcorfn
1 each spring onion, finely sliced
1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
1/4 tsp black sesame seeds
1 each Ajitsuke Tamago (Ramen Egg)
1/2 each nori sheet, cut in half
In a large saucepan bring 500ml water to the boil and add the soup sachet. Add the noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
Once the noodles are cooked, pour the noodles and soup into a large bowl. Top with the remaining ingredients and enjoy immediately.
