Ingredients
170g cooked duck (shred meat)
4 tortilla wraps
1/2 jar Wing Yip Hoi Sin Sauce
2 spring onion (finely sliced diagonally)
1/4 Cucumber (cut in half lengthways and sliced)
1 bag of mixed salad leaves
Cooking Method
Step 1
Prepare all ingredients before starting.
Step 2
Heat wraps under a hot grill or in the microwave (30 seconds) until they are soft.
Step 3
Spread Hoisin Sauce over the tortilla wraps and about a quarter of the shredded duck.
Step 4
Scatter mixed leaves over tortilla, then the shredded cucumber and spring onions.
Step 5
Fold wrap into a sausage shape, folding in the sides as you go along.
Step 6
Slice wrap in half.
