284g Pak Choi or broccoli
2 tbsp Wing Yip Oyster Sauce OR Wing Yip Mushroom Sauce
2 cloves fresh garlic
4 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil
Chop garlic and fry in peanut oil until golden. Remove from heat before it becomes too dark as garlic will continue to cook.
Spoon into a small bowl and keep aside until pak choi is cooked.
Cut pak choi in half down the centre ensuring core is intact.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil.
Add a tsp of salt to the water and plunge the pak choi into the hot water.
Cook for 30 seconds or so (until stems are just cooked).
Drain well and place on a warm plate.
Warm the Wing Yip Oyster Flavoured Sauce (or Mushroom Sauce) with 2 Tbsp water.
Drizzle the sauce over the pak choi, then the garlic flavoured oil. Garnish with crispy garlic.
