4 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp matcha powder
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 medium egg
3 tbsp water
3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and ensure there are no lumps.
Divide the mixture between two to three small tea/coffee cups ensuring not to fill them more than halfway.
Place on a piece of kitchen paper in the microwave and cook each cake indiviudally for 1min30secs for a 950w microwave. Cooking times may vary depending on the power of your microwave.
Insert a skewer and ensure that the cake is cooked all the way through. Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
