110g prawns per portion
40g shredded iceberg lettuce
Wing Yip Sweet Chilli Sauce
fresh coriander leaves (leaves only)
1 shredded spring onion
Defrost prawns in the refrigerator.
Mix together shredded iceberg, shredded spring onion and coriander leaves. Pile salad mix onto starter plate and place prawns towards the front of the plate.
Drizzle Wing Yip Sweet Chilli Sauce over the prawns.
Garnish with lime wedges
