12 wooden skewers
Wing Yip Sweet and Sour Sauce

Cooking Method
Step 1
Soak the wooden skewers in water for approximately 20 minutes before use.
Step 2
Place prawns in a large bowl and coat with sweet and sour sauce.
Step 3
Thread the skewer through the length of the prawn from tail to head.
Step 4
Cook quickly over the barbecue, basting with more sweet and sour sauce during the cooking process.
Step 5
Alternatively, cook the prawns under a hot grill.
