Ingredients
200g King Prawns
200g soaked Glass noodles
1/4 cucumber, large diced
2 Spring onions
1 tbsp Wing Yip Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Wing Yip Light Soy Sauce
A few drops Wing Yip Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp Mai Siam Sriracha Chilli Sauce - optional
1 tsp Rice vinegar
1 lime
Fresh coriander
Cooking Method
Step 1
1. Add the noodles, cucumber and spring onions to a bowl.
Step 2
2. Mix together the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing.
Step 3
3. Grill the prawns onto the BBQ and should take 2-3 minutes each side.
Step 4
4. Add the dressing to the noodles and mix well. Place onto a plate ready to serve.
Step 5
5. When the prawns are bright pink and cooked through, add to the noodles and serve.
