8-12 Chicken wings
1 Jar (185ml) Wing Yip Spicy Szechuan Sauce
Prepare the wings by cutting off the wing tips and removing any remaining small feathers.
Place chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half the Szechuan Sauce over the wings.
Cook chicken wings towards the edge of the barbecue (where the heat is not too intense)or in the oven. Half way through cooking process baste with more Szechuan Sauce.
Alternatively, place wings on a large tray and cooking in a hot oven.
