Ingredients

1 packet pre-packed vegetable Stirfry mix (approx 300g)

284g minced pork (or more if you prefer) or Quorn

113g dried noodles

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp minced garlic paste

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp Wing Yip Light Soya Sauce

1 jar Wing Yip Chow Mein Sauce

2 tbsp peanut or vegetable oil

1 tsp Wing Yip Sesame oil

Cooking Method

Step 1

Reconstitute noodles to manufacturer's instructions, then drain well.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and fry garlic and ginger but do not allow to burn.

Step 3

When it starts to change colour add the minced pork and the Chow Mein Sauce.

Step 4

Add a little water to the jar, shake well and add to the wok; cook for approximately 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

When the pork is cooked add the vegetables and then the noodles.

Step 6

Turn vegetables and noodles over in the wok, allowing as much of the contents to come into contact with the heat at the bottom of the wok.

Step 7

At this stage add a little more water if it drys out and continue stir frying.

Step 8

Serve immediately.
