340g king prawns (leave heads on if you wish)
1 red chilli - deseeded and finely chopped
salt & black pepper
limes to garnish
If using frozen prawns, defrost prawns and drain well. If the heads are to be kept on the prawns, remember to cut off the sharp claws in the head and the sharp spine in the tail.
Melt butter in a wok add chopped red chilli and prawns. When prawns are half cooked sprinkle liberally with salt and plenty of black pepper.
Serve immediately when cooked with fresh lime quarters.
